Bentonville, Ark., April 29, (Special)-Elbert Russell of Tulsa Okla, about 45 years old, twin brother to Everett Russell of Bentonville and member of a widely known Benton County family, died at 9:30 Monday morning at Tulsa after a long illness. He was a veteran of the World War.
He was born in Benton County, the son of the late Andrew J. Russell, former Benton county sheriff. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Cleda Johnson Russell, his mother, Mrs. Andrew J. Russell of Gravette; six brothers, Everett of Bentonville, James of Grove, Okla., Perry of Kansas city, Mo. and Jack, Grover and Sam Russell of Gravette and six sisters, Mrs. Ghee Johnson of Bentonville, Mrs. Cleve Joiner of Little Rock, Mrs. Jess Mccurdy of Rogers, Mrs. Stella Oxley of Kansas City, Mrs. Bert Brown of Gravette and Miss Beulah Russell of Goodman, Mo. Funeral arrangements in incomplete.
